We deliver across New Zealand, with every order carefully packed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse.

Delivery Timing

Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched the next business day after payment is received. If something you’ve ordered isn’t currently in stock, we’ll be in touch quickly to confirm the expected timeframe.

Estimated Timeframes
  • Auckland: 1 business day after dispatch
  • North Island (outside Auckland): 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • South Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note these timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Unattended Deliveries

If you’re not home during the day, your parcel will be left in a safe place by the courier. You can specify delivery instructions (e.g. “leave inside the gate” or “on the porch”) at checkout.

Please note: Once an item has been delivered and left as instructed, we can’t accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Delivery Rates

You can view delivery rates for each item on the product page, or by adding products to your cart. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on size, weight, and destination.

Check on Delivery

Please check your parcel carefully when it arrives. If the outer carton shows any signs of damage, note this with the courier and contact us straight away with photos. Where possible, open your package soon after delivery and keep all packaging materials until you’re sure the item is in good order.
