Change of Mind Returns
You’re welcome to return an item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund of the product cost, or to exchange it for something else.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging
We don’t refund original delivery costs, and return shipping is at your expense — but we’re happy to organise the return courier for you if that’s easier. The return cost will be deducted from your refund or billed separately for exchanges.
Please note: Clearance or sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Arrange a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with:
- Your original order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange
We’ll take it from there.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right – whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
